PLAYERS U15-U19 MAY REGISTER NOW, OR  MUST REGISTER
BY NOVEMBER 18TH, 2009

REGISTRATION INFORMATION
ALL PLAYERS WILL NEED:
2 SMALL PICTURES OF YOUR FACE
NEW PLAYERS WILL NEED BIRTH CERTIFICATE FOR PROOF OF AGE
RETURNING PLAYERS WILL NEED A COPY OF BIRTH CERTIFICATE
THE APPROPRIATE FEE
U11-12 $65.00 CHECK OR MONEY ORDER
U13-14 $70.00 CHECK OR MONEY ORDER
U15-U16 $75.00 CHECK OR MONEY ORDER
YOU MAY REGISTER ONLINE AND UPLOAD YOUR PICTURE, BIRTH CERTIFICATE AND PAY ONLINE


FALL REGISTRATION IS NOW OPEN

The deadline for Fall 2009 registration will be July 18th, 2009
All registration received after July 18th, will be placed on a waiting list, and if accepted, subject to a $10.00 late fee.

Make sure that you have uploaded a picture of your child, and a copy of their birth certificate.
Your registration will not be accepted unless NSYSL has a picture, birth certificate, and fee(s) for your player(s).

If you are unable to upload a picture/birth certificate or pay online make sure you mail these items to:
